These terms cover use of the Unreal Media Group portal. Your signed performance plan agreement with Unreal Media Group governs fees, payment, ownership of the ads and everything else about the engagement; if these terms and that agreement differ, the agreement wins.

Access

Access is by invitation. Keep sign-in links to yourself; each link works once and expires. Workspace owners decide who on their team has access.

Connecting ad accounts

By connecting an ad account you confirm you are allowed to grant that access. The portal reads delivery figures for ads made by Unreal Media Group and uploads only the files you choose to send. You can disconnect at any time.

Figures and fees

Results are read from the ad platforms and shown as they report them. Fees are calculated from that spend at the rate in your agreement. Each monthly statement can be queried line by line before it is invoiced.

Acceptable use

Do not try to reach data outside your workspace, interfere with the portal, or upload material you have no right to share.

Changes

We may update these terms and will tell workspace owners before changes take effect.
