Data deletion

You can remove the portal's access to your ad accounts, and ask us to delete the data we hold, at any time.

Remove access now

1. Sign in to the portal and open Connections.
2. Choose Disconnect next to Meta, Google Ads or TikTok. We stop reading from that platform immediately and delete the stored access token.
3. You can also remove the app from the platform itself: in Meta Business Settings under Integrations, in your Google Account under Third-party apps, or in TikTok Business Center under Authorized apps.

Delete your data

Email hello@theunrealcompany.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my data" and the workspace name. We confirm within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, except for records we must keep for billing and tax purposes.

What is deleted

Stored platform tokens, ad platform figures, uploaded brand files, briefs, comments, requests and user accounts for the workspace. Invoices and statements are kept as long as the law requires.
