What this portal is

The Unreal Media Group portal is where clients on our performance plan review the ads we make for them, send those ads to their own ad accounts, and see how they perform. It is used by our clients' staff and by Unreal Media Group staff.

What we collect

  • Account details: the name and work email address of each person invited to a workspace, and when they sign in.
  • Brand material you upload: logos, fonts, guidelines, product photos, documents and the answers in your brief.
  • Ad platform data: when you connect Meta, Google Ads or TikTok, we read the ad accounts you choose and, for ads made by Unreal Media Group only, daily delivery figures such as spend, impressions, clicks, video views and conversions as reported by the platform.
  • Messages and comments you write in the portal, and requests you send us.

What we do not collect

We do not read or store data about ads we did not make, the people who see your ads, your customer lists, audiences or payment methods held by the ad platforms. We never change budgets, bids, targeting or campaign settings. The only thing the portal writes to an ad account is the ad file you choose to send, into that account's media library.

How we use it

To deliver ads to the accounts you choose, to report their results to you, to calculate the performance fee in your agreement, to send you statements and invoices, and to contact you about your account.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run the portal for us: hosting and storage (Vercel), database (Supabase), email delivery (Resend) and payments (Stripe). They process data only on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

For as long as your agreement is active, and afterwards for as long as we need it for billing records and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time; see Data deletion.

Your choices

You can disconnect an ad platform from the Connections page at any time; we stop reading from it immediately. You can turn off email notifications in Settings. You can ask for a copy of your data or for it to be corrected or deleted.
